Standard Delivery: Shipping charges for standard delivery are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size of the order, and delivery location.

Express Delivery: Express delivery charges will vary depending on the urgency and delivery location.

Free Shipping: We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain amount. Details of such promotions will be provided on the website.

5. Order Tracking

You will get an email or SMS with a tracking number as soon as your order ships. You can use this number to track your order's delivery status on our courier partner’s website.

Returns Policy

-Time Frame: You may return any product purchased from AJ Dhaka Bazar within 7 days of receiving your order.

Condition: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Products that show signs of wear or damage will not be accepted for return.

Personalized Products: Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned.

Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or at a discount are non-returnable unless they are defective.

3. Return Process
